Legal
Terms of Use
Last updated October 2, 2026
These terms apply to your use of evchargerinstallationwheatonil.com and the phone number shown on it. By using the site or calling, you agree to them.
Information Only
The site offers general information about EV charger installation in and around Wheaton, Illinois. It is not electrical, legal, or tax advice. Codes, permit rules, rebates, and prices change, and every home is different. Confirm details with a licensed electrician, your permit office, and your utility before you act.
Independent Contractors
Cantigny EV Charging does not perform electrical work. Calls are answered by or connected to independent, locally licensed electrical contractors. Each contractor is solely responsible for its quotes, pricing, permits, workmanship, warranties, insurance, and compliance with law. Any agreement for work is between you and that contractor. Illinois has no statewide electrician license, so you can confirm a contractor registration with the building department of the city or village where the work will be done.
We do not guarantee that a contractor will be available for your project, and we are not a party to your contract with a contractor.
Calls and Recording
Calls may be recorded. Illinois requires the consent of everyone on a call to record it (Illinois Eavesdropping Act, 720 ILCS 5/14-2), so by continuing a call after the recording notice, you consent to it. Details you share on a call are shared with the electrician you speak with. See the privacy policy for more.
Prices and Programs
Price ranges on this site are typical national ranges, not quotes or offers. Rebates, credits, and utility rates are set by third parties and may change or end at any time.
No Warranty
The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, about the site and its content.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cantigny EV Charging is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any work, advice, or conduct of an independent contractor.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
